We drove over to Longboat Key to check on things at The Beachcomber this morning. We have never seen 41 so quiet! The police had a road block at the entry to John Ringling Bridge, they let us cross since we had our “manager” id’s with us. We are having some rain, some wind. We go under a 24 hour mandatory curfew beginning at 3 p.m., so that’s when we will really hunker down.
