Tropical Storm Erika – The majority of Florida, including Sarasota County, is in the 3-5 day cone for Tropical Storm Erika. As of now, Erika is expected to remain a tropical storm. However, there is still uncertainty about the exact path Erika will take.
We are in communications with the Sarasota County Emergency Management Operations Center as well as with Visit Florida for updates on the storm’s path and any critical information for visitors.
