Come visit Longboat Key and enjoy our vacation condo with direct, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our living area and master bedroom open onto a spacious balcony with glass railing that overlooks the pristine beach and the private heated pool.

Our renovation has completely connected the new open kitchen to offer a full view through the wide open living area to the balcony, across the beach to the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a full glass sliding door onto the balcony, along with a full master bath and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to the hall bath which has another full bath with a tiled tub/shower combo. The linen closet is well stocked with regular and beach towels.

This 4th floor condo has a full length, glass railed balcony overlooking the sandy beach. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding glass doors that open to the balcony, and the second bedroom has a window facing the beach.

You can drive 5 minutes to the famous Saint Armand's circle which is known for its fine dining, upscale shopping, and exciting night life or visit downtown Sarasota to enjoy live theater, a ballet, or one of the numerous art galleries.

Our condo is located across the street and within easy walking distance of a brand new Publix grocery store, deli, public tennis courts, and a variety of smaller shops. Our location on mid Longboat Key is positioned well to allow easy access to the area attractions, but with a private sandy beach for a backyard.

The Beachcomber is a well-maintained six story building located right on the beach with a helpful on-site manager, WI-FI internet access in all units, elevators, and laundry facilities. Internet access has been completely upgraded throughout the building and all units now have reliable WIFI service.

We are condo 406 in the Beachcomber Longboat Key.

On behalf of our guests and owners that suffer from asthma and allergies, no pets are allowed on the property. No exceptions! $300 fine.

Please note: We do not allow Sunday or holiday arrivals and require a 7 night minimum stay.

"Great unit. We have been staying at the Beachcomer for 20+ years in various units. We stayed for 4 weeks in February 2023 and can't want until 2024 to do so again (hoping to get an extra week into March). Really comfortable furniture, calming decor, plenty of room for storage, especially when staying that long. The kitchen was one of the best equipped (has a Keurig that is not pictured). If we had one suggestion it would be a larger, newer refrigerator. We cook a lot and it would be handy. Again, great unit, you won't be disappointed!
